I am indeed a Licensed PA Realtor, but why will I be the best help for you among the many fine Realtors?  I am a father of four, a grandfather, a homeowner, and a degreed Electrical Engineer. I manage properties for my clients. I have flipped homes with partners in the past. I am mechanically inclined, work on my own home, my cars, my plumbing, my yard, and so on. I KNOW how most things work.

If Buying, I will assist you and your family in the selection of and judgement of a property, to ensure that it is the right fit for you. I will help you ask the right questions, work alongside you to show you the good and bad that we see in a property when we tour. I will guide you through the paper jungle of the offer process. 

If Selling, I will assisty you and your family in the positioning and pricing of your property, to ensure that your investment in your home results in maximum return. I will work with my team to generate interest and coordinate the touring of your home. I will guide you through the offer selection process.
